Tong Lin - 2008-12-14 There are many reasons why married women cheat on their husbands. Some of them say they are lonely and feel neglected. Others just like the thrill of knowing that they are still attractive to other men. For some it is a matter of revenge against a cheating husband and still others are just looking for something different.
A married woman who is unhappy with her role as housewife may turn to cheating to add more excitement to her life. Cheating does not necessarily refer to having an affair with another man, but also refers to one-night stands in which the woman never does see the other person again. When the wife stays home, there are many opportunities to cheat and not get caught. She can go out in the afternoons, meet with her lover and still be home in time to have dinner on the table. If the husband does not recognize any signs of unusual behavior, he will be none the wiser about the activity.
Mary Hickman - 2008-12-13 Poodles come in a variation of sizes, which gives you the choice of what size of poodle would best suit your family. This breed can work with the best of them - hunting, swimming and retrieving! They are also extremely intelligent and do well in all dog sports. Their affectionate and patient nature makes them a great choice for families. Another plus with this breed is the lack of shedding.
Pugs are a smaller breed, yet have the personality of a big loyal dog. These stocky little wrinkled dogs have been described by breed experts using the Latin term “multum in parvo” (”much in little”). This breed is incredibly sociable, preferring the company of humans over other dogs or pets (though they usually do get along with them). They seem to have a special bond with children and love to play.
Piers Valkind - 2008-12-12 Acne is caused by hormones that are a little out of control and as water helps to flush toxins, it also helps to flush those hormones from your body; or at least the extra amount of those hormones that you simply don't need.
Maybe that sounds a little odd. Here’s how it works: Water is a detoxifier. It helps to flush out a variety of toxins from our body. Many hormones trigger the development of acne. They do this by triggering sebum production by the sebaceous glands that are just below the surface of the skin.
What if you don’t like water? What if 8 glasses a day sounds like 7 too many? There are some solutions for people who don’t like water. It’s best to make the effort, since water is so good for our bodies. You will notice a difference in your skin and your overall energy level when you drink enough water.
Laura Garrison - 2008-12-10 Change always comes bearing gifts. ~Price Pritchett
I am, at my core, happy and loving 99.9% of the time. There was a time, however, when I was at a place where I was exquisitely and painfully detached from that happiness. I had been sucked into a vortex of working endless hours to salvage a friend's business--and a number of my holdings which she had been managing - while she herself was choosing to let go of everything and shut down.
Thus, I found myself thrust unintentionally into a crisis mode. There was virtually no validation, no recognition, and most importantly no personal satisfaction, yet I was doing my level best to fix the broken things. I dreaded going into my office each day, a place that was once the creative hub of my world. I stopped answering the phone, simply because I was heartsick from all of the concomitant upset. And, more importantly, I became desensitized and lost touch with those around me.
Robert Kokoska - 2008-11-24 The recent entrant into the fray was an energized caffeine drink. When the makers pronounced its ingredients it was apparent that there was no need for a biochemist to formulate this drink, every guy off the street could make it. The energy ingredients of the product available in the market are ginseng, B-vitamins and, guarana. The energy drink manufacturers come up with names for these energy boosters that send even the scientists crazy. The marketing ploy worked, and in America alone the sales went up to a great high for this octane elixir. This had made them not stray from the recipe that launched decades ago.
Taurine, the most common amino acid in your brain acts as a neurotransmitter. It is a chemical messenger and facilitates the communication of cells with one another. This is also fine in small doses but can cause harm if taken in large doses. But its energy boosting element is still not proven. So next time you take this energy drink think that you have yielded to the ploy employed by the super brains of marketing professionals. Andrew Berman - 2008-11-25 Video and Computer games have taken the world by storm. Studies in 2006 reveal that kids and other gamers play for at least 5-10 hours a week and sometimes much longer. Sales of games indicate their popularity. Flash graphics, rapid-fire movements, and long hours at the console result in health problems like muscle and eye strain. Common ailments resulting from gaming are: lateral epicondylitis, tendonitis, bursitis, and carpel tunnel syndrome among others.
Health professionals recommend that gamers must take a break every 40 minutes to an hour. They must get up from the computer or gaming console and stretch their limbs, walk around a bit, and look at objects at a great distance.
Crucial to healthy gaming is posture while playing the chair must be comfortable, have back support, and the feet must rest on the floor. Gamers can prevent damage like eye irritation, headaches, dry eyes, pain, change in prescription numbers, squinting, difficulties in focusing, and frequent blinking by:
Roberto Garabell - 2008-11-25 Universal Healthcare is overdue. There are millions upon millions of American people (working people, even!) who cannot afford health insurance out of pocket, but are not offered insurance coverage by their employers or government. What do they do? They suffer. They die.
My brother died of a massive brain bleed in 2005. He had been having seizures off and on for a period of two years. He was working several days a week for an upscale national restaurant chain (not fast food) that will remain nameless. He had been a server for several years, and was previously the head cook in their kitchen locally.
Why did he die? The surgeon who examined my brother when he arrived at the hospital a few days before his death said that his situation was preventable. He said that my brother could have lived if he had been treated and scanned through regular checkups.
Carla McNeil - 2008-11-15 "Quitters never win and winners never quit." Vincent Thomas "Vince" Lombardi
Do - Be - Have... If we desire to change our results we must change what we do. For me the first step was to "do" as much as I could toward the results that I wanted. One change that I made quite quickly was "looking like a winner". For me this involved how I "wrapped the package" to quote Joel Bauer.
"People of mediocre ability sometimes achieve outstanding success because they don't know when to quit. Most people succeed because they are determined to." George E Allen
Look at who you hang out with - do they quit? One of the ways you can predict your own future is by looking at who you associate with. If you are "hangin" with people who are going nowhere then you will go nowhere too. Carla McNeil - 2008-11-15 Learning how to recognize how I was allowing my time to be wasted has been a journey of continuous learning. As I have grown and changed I recognize more and more things that I do are a waste of my time. Years ago I used to be so proud of how much I got done. Yet, many of my activities were just busy work, not something that was allowing me to learn and grow as a person. Everyone will have different things that they do that are "busy work".
One of my biggest time wasters was TV. I had always thought it was my husband who was the big TV watcher then I realized that I used him as an excuse. When I was feeling lazy or annoyed, if he was watching TV I would simply sit down and watch it with him. After all "if he can, so can I". Then I realized it was up to me, and only me to decide what was important in my life.
I had to decide what I wanted, what was my goal for my life. Once that came into focus for me it became much easier to recognize when I was wasting my own time or allowing others to waste it for me. I had to ask myself "what do I want my future to look like?", then take the action that would set me on the path to that future. There have been times where I stop and ask myself "is this activity something that will assist me in achieving my goal?" If the answer is "no" then do I really want to do it? I have found that to be very useful in keeping myself on track.
Tim Benedict - 2008-11-11 Do you recognize that we are in a bad spot as a nation right now, and that things will only continue to get worse until the market corrects itself or we reach a breaking point (lots of worst-case-scenarios are possible)?
And the second biggest question, what are you willing to do to be prepared?
When things get bad, you have to be prepared. Focusing on the above list will give you a foundation to work from, and help you stay focused. And believe me, there is a lot of stuff out there that would love to distract you. But you have to focus in. You have to prepare. You have to get ready. You owe it to yourself and your family.
