Penis Enlargement Exercise Routine For Beginners

In this article I'll provide step-by-step instructions on how to execute an entire penis enlargement exercise routine that involves both jelqing & stretching.
I was able to use a combination of effective penis exercises and a good penis extender device to increase my penis length by 0.75" (length when erect) in the course of a 6 month period. Warm-up Exercise
Before performing the following penis exercises, be certain to perform a warm-up first.
To warm-up, soak a towel in hot but not scalding water, wring out the excess water, and cover your penis with it. Hold the towel for 2 minutes. Repeat this procedure for at least three times.
By going through warm-up, the circulation in your penis is improved to effectively lower the risks of damaging your penis.

Penis Stretching
By stretching your penis past its longest erect length by a very small bit each time, the cells that make up your penispenile tissue will react to the outside force by multiplying. This will effectively make the penis bigger.
The penis stretching exercise below will increase the length of the penis but not the girth. Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1)Make sure your penis is flaccid before you start. Firmly grip your penis' head. don't grip so firm that you're cutting off blood circulation.
2)Slowly & carefully stretch out your penis straight at a 90 degree angle from your body. Stretch to the penis' maximum length without your feeling any pain or discomfort. Keep it stretched for 5 minutes. At the end of each minute, try to pull your penis out by a tiny bit more if you can - again, without causing any pain or discomfort.
3)Let go of your penis and take a one minute break.
4)Swing your penis in circles for thirty times or more to get circulation going again.
5)Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4, but instead of stretching out your penis straight at 90 degrees from your body, repeat once for each of these positions: with the penis pointing downwards, upwards, to the left, and finally to the right.
6)Lastly, stretch out your penis straight at a 90 degree angle from your body again for one minute. Then give your penis ten light pulls in the same direction.

Penis Jelqing
Penis Jelqing is executed by forcing blood into your penis so that the penis blood chambers will deform permanently to increase penis size.
Warning: Never jelq a fully erect penis. This is how jelqing can be done:
1)Apply several drops of Vaseline to your penis and spread it over your entire penis.
2)Make a circle with your thumb and index finger around the base of your penis. Then, squeeze and slide upwards until you reach the penis head to force blood to the tip of the penis. This is one jelq. As soon as your hand reaches the head, start with your other hand at the base and repeat the motion. Keep alternating hands, making each stroke last about 2 seconds.
3)To break-in your penis initially, do 200-300 jelqs a day with medium strength for the 1st week, then 300-500 jelqs daily at moderate to full strength in the second week. From the third week onwards, you can do 500 jelqs or more a day.
If your penis becomes erect in the middle of jelqing, you can either a)wait for it to go soft naturally or b)stroke harder to subdue the erection.
At signs of any pain, cease jelqing right away and do not resume jelqing until the signs have gone away.

Warming Down
At the end of the routine, perform the hot towel wrap again to get blood circulation going again in your penis.

Word of Caution
Take it easy when doing the routine outlined above. Otherwise, you risk injuring your penis.
The exercises above will certainly make your penis bigger, but by a tiny bit at a time. However, these tiny amounts will add up to impressive gains in time if you keep up the good work.
